The RENT RATE depends on the number of persons and nights.

Rent Rate
Following items are included in the rent:
– renatl price based on number of persons (children included)
– energy cost (water, gas, electricity) = 27 Euro per day
– cleaning service at the end of your stay (85 Euro). Pay attention that at your departure we expect to find a clean house !
Guarantee
You will have to pay a guarantee of 400 Euro or/and 450 Euro as for more then 8 days. This will be repaid to you within 14 days after departure less, if any, costs of damage and/or cleaning extra’s.
Payment and Cancellation
At your reservation 50% of the total amount must be paid immediately (non refundable).
The other 50% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival, the guarantee (400 Euro) 2 weeks before arrival.
If you cancel less than 31 days before arrival, then the total rent amount is due.
Leaving earlier or not using the Holiday House doesn’t give the right of repayment.
